When you follow a link from this site to make your reservation you will do so directly with that supplier or agent and payment is made directly to that supplier or agent providing you with increased financial protection as we are not holding any monies on your behalf.
When you make a booking via this site the actual reservation will be made direct with your chosen supplier and the contract will be between you and the agent and / or travel company. All bookings will be subject to the suppliers and / or agents terms and conditions (including airlines terms and conditions of carriage) which vary from company to company. These terms and conditions will be available for you to view on your suppliers website before you confirm your booking and we recommend you read these thoroughly before you confirm your reservation. | Is You Holiday / Money Protected |
Most ready made holidays (e.g. Package Holidays) which include flights are covered by the Package Holidays Regulations and will normally be bonded through ABTA, ATOL, TTA or similar depending on your chosen supplier.
Other travel arrangements including Build Your Own Holidays, split invoices where the flight and accommodation is invoiced separately, accommodation, airline tickets and car hire may or may not be protected depending on supplier so we strongly recommend you carefully check the suppliers website to ensure any financial protection offered is adequate for your personal needs |
